The Stanford Basic Income Lab was pleased to welcome Eugenia Bilbao-Goyoaga as a Visiting Student Researcher.  Eugenia, a doctoral student of Social Policy at the London School of Economics, has used quasi-experimental methods to examine the impact of Spain’s new Minimum Income Scheme.
